EPS Group was actively involved in the consensus building effort of the City of Chandler General Plan for a community of more than 236,000 residents. We worked with the team to implement the public participation effort, which included monthly planning labs, public events, and meetings. Coordination with city staff and departments was critical to the plans’ success which was ratified by the voters in August 2016 with an 85.8% approval. The project received the APA AZ Award for “Best Public Outreach Program”.
