Scallops Streets CIP for the Town of Gilbert consists of construction for the full-width roadway improvements at existing county island residential areas to include GuadalupeRoad from Higley Road to 172nd Street; Recker Road from Baseline Road to HoustonAvenue; Baseline Road from 172nd Street to 1,450’ east of Recker Road (at RWCD Canal); and Higley Road from Pecos to Frye Road. This project includes a 16” water main in Baseline Road from Higley to Recker Road. EPS Group provided construction management services.
